What we collect

When you create a Relic App account (the Relic App)

• Your name, email address, phone number and a password, plus a profile photo if you add one.
• The version of our Terms of Service you agreed to and when, how you’d like to be paid, and how your cards are getting to us.

When you sign up for show alerts (/shows)

• Your email address.

With every form submission

• Your IP address and browser type, which we keep to spot spam and abuse.

Once you consign

• The cards you send us, what they sell for, and what you need to get paid. That lives in our records and in your Relic App account, not on this site.

How we use it

• To reply to you and run your consignment: listing, selling and paying you.
• To email show announcements, only if you signed up for them. Every one has a way to stop them.
• To keep our records and meet tax and legal obligations.

eBay and other services we use

• eBay is where we sell. Your name isn’t shown on our listings: cards are sold under the Relic Auctions seller account. If you buy from our store, eBay handles your payment and shares your shipping details with us so we can send your order, under eBay’s privacy notice.
• Supabase stores form submissions and Relic App data for us. Cloudflare hosts this site. They process data on our behalf and don’t use it for their own purposes.
• Email is handled by our email provider Email provider.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell, rent or trade your information.
• We don’t run advertising or analytics trackers on this site, and it doesn’t set cookies of its own. If you’re signed in to the Relic App, this site reads that sign-in so the menu can show your dashboard link and photo.
• We don’t share your details with other consignors or with buyers.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that don’t turn into a consignment: Retention period. Consignment and payout records are kept as long as tax and business record rules require. Show-alert emails stay on the list until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to come off the show list, at any time. Email consignment@relicauctions.com and we’ll handle it. Some records we have to keep for tax reasons, and we’ll tell you if that applies.
